COTTAGE'S
Q: What time can we check into our room?
A: Rooms are available from 3.00pm – midnight. It is a self check-in service where you will be sent the keycode prior to your arrival via your booking agent. Please check your booking agent login for messages that may come through from us.
Q: Can I check in early?
A: Please contact us directly to check availability for an early check in.
Q: What time do we need to check out?
A: Check out time is 10am. If you would like a late check out please contact us for availability.
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: The cancellation policy will depend on the agent/website that you booked through. Details can be found on your booking confirmation.
Q: Are your cottages pet friendly?
A: Our cottages do not allow pets to stay.
Q: I need to book a taxi to/from Little Easton Manor. How do I do that?
A: You can contact our recommended company 24x7 Fleet Services on: 01279 661111. As we are located in a rural area we do recommend pre booking transport.

TEA ROOM'S & EVENTS
Q: Are dogs allowed in the Tea Room?
A: Yes! Dogs are more than welcome to the Tea Room & to our outside events. We just ask they are kept on short leads and under control.
Q: Do you require deposits for bookings?
A: We do require a £10 per head deposit on bookings over 10 people in the tea room. If you would like to book a private event with us the size of the deposit is event dependant.
Q: Are the Tea Rooms & Barn Accessible?
A: Being a 14th Century Listed building we are limited to the changes we can make. However, if you are looking to visit the tea room, this is all on one level. Please note that the accessible toilet is located in the foyer of the Barn Theatre. We do advise parking in the 2nd Car Park at the front of the Manor for best access to both the Tea Room and Barn Theatre. We do have a removable ramp for access into the Barn Theatre. However to access the accessible toilet you do need to leave the Barn via the ramp going past the bar hatch to the outside ramp leading to the toilets. We do advise when booking to make us aware so we can make your visit as smooth as possible.
Q: Do you offer carer tickets to your events?
A: Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer carer tickets to our events.
