Join us at Little Easton Manor for a traditional, three course Burns Supper in our 14th Century barn theatre. We have a live Piper to address the haggis, followed by Ceilidh dancing! Celebrating the life of Scottish poet Robert Burns.

About the event

Take-away your January blues for a night of celebration, commemorating the life and works of Robert Burns.

Join us in the Barn Theatre at Little Easton Manor for a traditional Scottish event. Enjoy a three course dinner, where the Haggis will be addressed with a 'wee dram" of whisky to toast the life of the poet. After, dinner enjoy a night of Ceilidh dancing.

Kier Johnston from the Colchester City Pipe Band will greet you on arrival. He will be on hand to play your favourite Scottish songs live. Please note, the Ceilidh music will not be live however we have a "caller" to assist with the dance routines.

Tickets are £49.50 per person which includes your three course meal, tea or coffee and a nip of whisky for the toast.

Full bar open until midnight! 

Menu

Starter: 

Cullen Skink, Creamy Smoked Haddock and Potato Soup topped with a crispy potato and spring onion croquette

A wee dram to toast the haggis

Main:

Homemade Local Venison Sausages with garden Sage, Haggis, Bashed Neeps'n'Tatties with a rich Onion Gravy.

Dessert:

Cranachan, Toasted Oats with Scottish infused cream and fresh raspberries served with  a shortbread biscuit

Vegetarian option will also be available.
