Farm To Table Experience

Join us for our First Ever Farm to Table Experience at Little Easton Manor. With a Live Butchering Demonstration of a Whole Lamb & Self Prep Class, Breakfast & Lunch included, followed by a Trip to Broxted Hill Farm to get a First Hand look into farming life, this is a day you will not want to miss!

Broxted Hill Farm is a 4th generation Family Business in North Essex. Their mission is to farm responsibly and ethically, they believe that farming can only work if we are conscious of how farming fits with wider environmental issues as well as maintaining high standards of animal husbandry for their sheep, pigs & goats.

The Ryeland Sheep is one of the oldest established British breeds and, until recently, was classified as a rare breed. Now enough Ryeland exist for them to be re-classed as a "minority breed".
